Job summary

National University Health System (NUHS) in Singapore seeks a capable professional to support governance, business operations and transformation initiatives across the NUHS Cluster. You will coordinate demand management, reporting and stakeholder engagement, working with multiple institutions and functions to drive programmes and strategic projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, communications, information systems or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; experience in governance, programme management or stakeholder engagement is advantageous.
• Experience supporting governance forums or strategic initiatives is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support governance forums, management meetings and committees with minutes and follow-ups.
• Coordinate transformation, service improvement and strategic NUHS initiatives across the cluster.
• Assist demand management, portfolio planning and reporting activities and governance submissions.
• Prepare business cases, funding proposals and governance papers.
• Consolidate information, prepare dashboards and generate reports for decision-making.
• Coordinate communications and cross-institution stakeholder engagement.
• Assist planning and execution of conferences, workshops and engagement sessions.
• Support budgeting, procurement, funding coordination and claims processing.
• Maintain documentation, knowledge bases and collaboration platforms.
• Identify risks and resolve issues to ensure smooth project execution.
• Undertake other duties as assigned by management.
