Job summary

Changi Airport Group seeks a tech-savvy IFM professional to drive smart facilities management within the Integrated Facilities Management team. You will work with managers to enhance day-to-day operations through data-driven insights and preventive maintenance strategies.

Qualifications

• Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 1–2 years in facilities management or cleaning operations with exposure to automation, robotics, IoT or smart building technologies.
• Experience with data analysis for maintenance planning and performance optimisation is a plus.

Job description

We are seeking a tech-savvy and proactive IFM professional to drive innovation in smart facilities management operations. You will be part of the Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) team, working alongside managers to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of day-to-day operations through data-driven insights and preventive maintenance strategies.

Beyond supporting daily facilities management operations and coordinating with service providers, you will have the opportunity to lead the implementation of productivity and innovation projects, manage Alteration & Addition and minor improvement works. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and operational excellence.

Requirements

Education

• - Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field.

Experience

• - Preferably with 1-2 years in facilities management or cleaning operations with demonstrated exposure to automation, robotics, IoT or smart building technologies.
• - Proven track record of implementing technology solutions to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• - Experience with data analysis for maintenance planning and performance optimisation is a plus.
