Manulife/John Hancock is seeking a talented Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to-end recruitment across local and regional markets, from sourcing to onboarding. You will partner with hiring managers and HR teams to define hiring criteria and build proactive strategies in a competitive market.

You will manage the full lifecycle, leverage Workday and LinkedIn for talent mapping, campus programs, and candidate assessments, while ensuring compliance and a positive candidate experience

Qualifications

• 7+ years of recruitment experience in-house or agency.
• End-to-end recruitment across multiple markets.
• Knowledge of recruitment strategies, direct sourcing and market mapping.
• Campus recruitment or early-career hiring experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influencing skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for designated permanent roles across local and regional markets, from talent sourcing through to offer and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and develop talent acquisition strategies.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle with adherence to policies and local regulations.
• Build relationships with candidates, hiring managers and internal teams to provide market insights and advisory.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies across multiple channels including Workday, job portals, social media and referrals.
• Screen candidates, conduct interviews and assessments, and manage background verification for a high-quality hiring experience.
• Develop strong candidate slates and advise on talent availability and hiring decisions.
• Lead campus recruitment and early-career hiring initiatives including internships and graduate programmes.
• Cultivate relationships with universities and educational institutions to strengthen the talent pipeline.
