Job summary

You will build relationships with corporate clients, conduct site assessments, tailor service solutions, and coordinate multi-department proposals to win contracts and grow the portfolio. The role requires 5–8 years in FMS, strong commercial acumen, and excellent negotiation and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent in business/admin/FM or related field.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and secure new IFM business opportunities across sectors.
• Proactively source potential clients and contract opportunities for integrated facilities services.
• Develop opportunities through corporate networking, referrals, tender platforms, and direct client engagement.
• Monitor market demand, tenders, expiries, and outsourcing opportunities.
• Contribute to development and execution of business strategies and growth initiatives.
• Establish and maintain relationships with corporate clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and assessments to understand requirements.
• Present service capabilities and value propositions to prospects.
• Lead tender preparation, coordination, and submission for IFM proposals.
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, and other departments to develop competitive proposals and cost structures.
• Evaluate manpower, equipment, and costs for commercially viable solutions.
• Ensure tender submissions are accurate and aligned with client needs.
• Manage contract handover and mobilisation for new MCST appointments.
• Maintain relationships for existing clients and pursue renewals and cross-selling.
• Monitor contract expiries and pursue re-tendering opportunities.
• Share market insights and best practices with the team.
