Job summary

PROFESSIONAL RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a driven Business Development professional to expand our client base in facility management, commercial cleaning, building maintenance and manpower services in Singapore.

You will source new opportunities, conduct client meetings, present tailored proposals and manage end-to-end tender submissions. Responsibilities include preparing quotations, negotiating contracts, and building long-term relationships with property managers and corporate clients.

Qualifications

• Good communication, negotiation and client relationship management skills.
• Must be proactive and target-driven.
• Willing to travel for client meetings and site visits.
• Able to work overtime and long hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities in facility management, commercial cleaning, building maintenance and manpower service contracts.
• Source potential clients through cold calling, business visits, networking, referrals and other marketing activities.
• Meet prospective clients, understand their requirements and promote the company's services.
• Prepare quotations, tender submissions, proposals and service agreements.
• Follow up with clients on quotations, negotiations, tenders and contract awards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers, building owners, managing agents, main contractors and corporate clients.
• Actively source new cleaning and facility management contracts from commercial buildings, offices, condominiums, factories and other establishments.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to understand project requirements and prepare competitive quotations.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth project commencement and service delivery.
• Monitor market trends, identify competitors and develop strategies to expand the company's business.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and submit regular business development reports to management.
• Perform other duties assigned by management when required.
