Job summary

CPG Facilities Management Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee daily operations, coordinate maintenance, and supervise site teams across multiple locations in Singapore. You will manage service contracts, safety compliance and client relations to ensure reliable facilities services.

The role requires 3–8 years in facilities, FSM certification, and proficiency in building systems and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in facilities management or a related discipline.
• 3-8 years of experience in facilities, building or property management.
• FSM certification with at least 3 years of FSM experience.
• Knowledge of building systems, maintenance planning, contract administration and safety practices.
• Familiarity with government procurement procedures and payment processes.
• Strong communication and collaborative problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and facilities management systems.
• Willingness to travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily building operations and service delivery to meet client requirements.
• Plan preventive maintenance and repairs for building systems.
• Monitor contractors, security, cleaning, landscaping and maintenance teams.
• Conduct inspections and coordinate timely corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements and site procedures.
• Manage budgets, procurement and service contracts.
• Build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Prepare operational reports and maintenance records.
• Support emergency preparedness and occupant experience improvements.
• Lead the site team and promote teamwork and knowledge sharing.
