Job summary

CTM Facilities Management Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to drive sales growth in Singapore’s FM/building environment. You will expand the client base, secure strategic partnerships, and lead tender submissions to ensure profitable projects.

You will work with marketing, operations, finance, and technical teams to craft compelling proposals and win new business while maintaining high margins and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Education in Facilities Management, Estate Management, Engineering, Business or related field.
• 3–5 years (up to 8 for Senior BDM) in sales, account management or business development within FM/building environment.
• Strong financial acumen for tender costing, excellent presentation skills, MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Research market trends and pursue strategic partnerships to expand client base and revenue.
• Build relationships with existing and prospective clients for long-term success.
• Lead preparation of proposals, presentations, and tenders aligned with client requirements.
