Jardine Engineering Singapore Pte ltd in Singapore seeks a seasoned Business Development professional to drive revenue growth for Facilities Management Services. You will identify and secure new outsourced FM contracts and build a strong pipeline across commercial property sectors.

You will lead tender submissions, engage building owners and managers, assess operational and technical requirements, and develop competitive FM proposals and pricing strategies.

Qualificações

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Services, Business or related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of FM industry experience desired.
• Strong knowledge of M&E systems and building services.
• Proven track record in developing and securing FM contracts.

Responsabilidades

• Drive business development and revenue growth for FM services; secure new outsourced contracts.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of FM tenders and client opportunities.
• Build relationships with owners, developers, managers, and stakeholders.
• Lead and coordinate tender submissions and pricing strategies.
• Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations; participate in negotiations.
• Evaluate requirements to ensure practical, competitive FM solutions.
• Mobilise and hand over awarded contracts to Operations.
