Job summary

Certis in Singapore is seeking a Senior Bid Manager to lead integrated facilities management tenders. You will coordinate across bid management, operations, procurement, finance, legal, and tech to deliver competitive IFM proposals on tight deadlines.

The role emphasizes cost modelling, vendor negotiations, governance, and mobilisation handover, with opportunities for leadership growth and performance‑based incentives.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in FM, engineering or related discipline.
• 5–8 years of experience in IFM, bid management, procurement or vendor management in Singapore.
• Strong Excel pricing and financial analysis skills.
• Proven ability to lead multi‑disciplinary bid teams under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Review tender documents to identify service scope, asset coverage, manpower and KPIs.
• Lead cross‑functional teams in developing an integrated, outcome‑based delivery model.
• Manage RFQ processes for OEMs, specialist contractors and service partners.
• Own bid cost models covering manpower, equipment, maintenance and mobilisation.
• Negotiate scope, rates, service levels and terms with vendors.
• Establish bid governance, timelines, approvals and version control.
• Support client presentations and tender interviews.
• Handover awarded scope to mobilisation and operations teams.
