Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in Singapore seeks a proactive Business Development Manager for Integrated Facilities Management to lead the end-to-end sales process, build client relationships, and craft winning RFIs/RFPs.

You will collaborate with the BUL, BUSC and Sales Director to grow the business, develop tailored proposals, analyze costs, and present compelling solutions to clients. Travel to client sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in any field.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills.
• Experience in preparing high-quality sales documents.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end sales process to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Map markets and define growth strategy with BUL and Sales Director.
• Lead RFI/RFP processes and develop bespoke proposals.
• Coordinate with BUSC and BUL to plan responses and pricing.
• Support governance and reporting of pipeline activities.
