Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Property Executive to act as the front-line representative for contracts and site operations in Singapore.

You will support the Facilities Manager with planning, measurements, data uploads and subcontractor coordination to ensure efficient delivery of works and services. Responsibilities include scheduling, reviewing work orders, and monitoring site conditions to address repairs and maintain contractual standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma preferred in Facilities/Building Management or M&E Engineering; experience considered in lieu.
• Tier 4 CFME accreditation is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong integrity; objective and collaborative workplace approach.

Responsibilities

• Act as frontline representative for the contract, ensuring professional delivery of works and services.
• Assist Facilities Manager in site operations, including planning, measurements, data uploads, and subcontractor coordination.
• Schedule and review work orders, ensure timely execution, and verify vendor submissions.
• Monitor site conditions, identify repairs or improvements, and support day-to-day operations.
• Analyze operational data to track performance and suggest process improvements.
