Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience; in lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Minimum of 8 years of related experience; prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills, able to present to groups; accessible & responsive.
• Comprehend and analyse data effectively and provide solutions to customers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Lead the account team to deliver full FM services, ensuring targets and contractual commitments are met.
• Oversee profit and loss, financial planning, debt control, and growth targets.
• Create optimal staffing structures balancing cost and service excellence.
• Establish governance regimes to meet regulatory and contractual commitments.
• Communicate policies and drive reporting, scope management, and change controls.
• Drive customer engagement, develop long-term relationships and conduct reviews.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop the account team; promote engagement and succession planning.
• Ensure site operations comply with contractual, regulatory, and policy standards.
• Foster innovation, collaborate with teams on process improvements and best practices.
• Identify opportunities for growth, including additional scope and renewals.
