Job summary

You will shape strategic plans, manage budgets and KPIs, and lead by example in safety, quality and effective stakeholder engagement, while building strong networks and driving tangible business results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Extensive leadership and operational experience in the relevant industry or function.
• Demonstrated success in managing teams, driving business performance, and delivering strategic outcomes in comparable roles.
• Proven ability to lead through complexity and change in dynamic environments.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong organizational and analytical capabilities.
• Builds and sustains high-performing teams through coaching and development planning.
• Confidently leads meetings, delivers presentations, and represents the business in client-facing environments.
