MCI Events & Productions in Singapore is seeking an Event Manager and Executive to drive end-to-end event projects and ensure timely delivery. You will oversee on-site operations, coordinate staff, and liaise with clients to align expectations in a fast-paced environment.

The role involves staff scheduling, payroll consolidation, and leading product training to improve service quality and event outcomes. A Diploma with 2+ years of experience is preferred, with overtime as needed.

Formación

• Diploma with 2+ years of event/project management experience.
• Adaptability to fast-paced operations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experienced in end-to-end D&D management.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Lead project management activities to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of event requirements.
• Oversee daily event operations to consistently meet performance targets and lead times in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve project-related issues and align expectations.
• Deploy and manage staff assignments based on client needs, conducting site visits to ensure compliance and troubleshoot operational challenges.
• Manage work schedules and accurately consolidate staff payroll to support operational efficiency.
• Deliver product training sessions to enhance staff skills and knowledge, improving service quality and event outcomes.
