Job summary

SGCM PTE. LTD. is seeking an Event & Project Manager in Singapore to lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of events and roadshows. You will coordinate vendors, venues, and internal teams while managing budgets and timelines to ensure flawless experiences for clients and attendees.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment. Flexible scheduling and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Diploma & a valid Singapore Class 3 Driver License (good to have).

Responsibilities

• Project Management: execute events and roadshow projects from planning through completion, ensuring all objectives are met on time and within budget.
• Event Planning & Execution: plan, organize, and manage end-to-end logistics for events, exhibitions, and roadshows, including scheduling and on-site coordination.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination: liaise with vendors, venue management, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Budget & Timeline Management: develop and track event budgets, negotiate costs, and ensure delivery within constraints.
• On-site Supervision: oversee event setup, execution, and teardown, ensuring brand standards and quality.
• Venue & Partnership Development: identify and build relationships with new venues and partners to support growth.
• Customer & Client Satisfaction: maintain professionalism and service, collect feedback, and prepare post-event reports.
• Delegates Management: handle registrations, invitations, RSVPs, and guest list coordination.
