Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in event management, customer service, or a related field.
• Proven ability to plan, coordinate and deliver events end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative support for events including pre-event planning, event day execution and post-event follow-up.
• Proactively outreach to participants to join events and activities.
• Manage vendors for logistics, including pre-registration, onsite execution and post-event tracking.
• Monitor event performance and analyze trends to improve outcomes.
• Organize after-action reviews to evaluate turnout, gather feedback, and propose improvements.
