Job summary

MICE Depot Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Senior Event Manager to drive end-to-end MICE projects, from concept to delivery. You will oversee multiple projects, coordinating development, planning, production, operations and execution.

You will lead client and supplier relationships, present proposals with timelines and budgets, manage teams, ensure data integrity and compliance, and mentor your staff to exceed client expectations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of leadership directing full lifecycle of MICE events or related field
• Experience building and nurturing client and supplier relationships for repeat business
• Proactive problem solver and analytical thinker delivering innovative solutions
• Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects with timelines and budgets
• Strong leadership to inspire and unite teams under pressure
• Solid data management and regulatory compliance for events
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to develop successful events.
• Develop and present event proposals with timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Lead briefings and progress meetings with clients and teams.
• Allocate tasks and manage the team to meet timelines and budgets.
• Oversee creative direction, including digital elements of events.
• Track and report on event budgets from prep to reconciliation.
• Source and manage venues and suppliers, including client-nominated venues.
• Prepare and present final billings for clients and suppliers.
• Oversee data management, ensuring integrity and reporting.
• Ensure client needs are met or exceeded.
• Mentor your team and provide guidance as needed.
