Job summary

SB ENTERTAINMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Event Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end planning, logistics, and on-site execution of live events and entertainment experiences in Singapore.

You will lead operations from concept to teardown, ensuring high production standards, budget control, and guest satisfaction. The role requires 3–5 years of hands-on event operations experience, strong regulatory knowledge in Singapore, and excellence in negotiation and crisis management under

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in end-to-end event operations or live entertainment production.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale logistics, venue setup/strike, and technical production teams.
• Strong knowledge of local venue regulations and WSH compliance in Singapore.
• Excellent negotiation, crisis management, and conflict resolution under tight deadlines.
• Willingness to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operations & Production Management: Lead end-to-end operational planning and on-site execution for events.
• Vendor & Contractor Coordination: Source, negotiate with, and supervise vendors (AV, staging, lighting, logistics, catering, security).
• Permits & Regulatory Compliance: Secure venue approvals, police permits, fire safety clearances, and licenses.
• Risk Assessment & Safety: Develop crowd management plans and emergency response protocols.
• Budget & Resource Planning: Manage budgets, monitor run rates, allocate resources efficiently.
• Team Supervision: Lead and train production crews and event staff.
• Post-Event Review: Conduct post-mortem reports and vendor reconciliations.
