Job summary

NTT DATA Singapore is seeking a Contact Center Sales Specialist to drive new business within our client base, generating pipeline, presenting solutions, and aligning value propositions with client needs.

You will engage with CIOs and CX leaders, work with pre-sales and delivery teams, and manage enterprise sales cycles and RFPs. 5–10+ years enterprise B2B technology sales preferred; experience selling CCaaS, CX, CRM, UC, cloud or telecom solutions.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years enterprise B2B technology sales experience.
• Experience selling contact center, CX, CRM, UC, cloud or telecom solutions.
• Strong consultative selling and C-level engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Own sales pipeline and revenue target.
• Sell CCaaS, AI, CRM integration and CX transformation solutions.
• Engage CIOs, Heads of Customer Experience, Contact Center Directors and Operations leaders.
• Work with pre‑sales and delivery teams to develop proposals.
• Manage enterprise sales cycles and RFPs.
• Build executive relationships and partner ecosystem.
