Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. is seeking a Contact Center Sales Specialist in Singapore. You will drive the sales pipeline, pursue CCaaS, AI, CRM integration, and CX transformation solutions, and engage CIOs and operations leaders to tailor proposals with presales and delivery teams.

You will own enterprise sales cycles and RFPs, build executive relationships, and expand the partner ecosystem while navigating a dynamic technology landscape across client accounts.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years enterprise B2B technology sales experience.
• Experience selling contact center, CX, CRM, UC, cloud or telecom solutions.
• Strong consultative selling and C-level engagement skills.
• Experience with large enterprise deals.

Responsibilities

• Own sales pipeline and revenue target.
• Sell CCaaS, AI, CRM integration and CX transformation solutions.
• Engage CIOs, Heads of Customer Experience, Contact Center Directors and Operations leaders.
• Work with presales and delivery teams to develop proposals.
• Manage enterprise sales cycles and RFPs.
• Build executive relationships and partner ecosystem.
