Job summary

Cisco Systems (USA) PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Customer Engagement (CCaaS) Sales Specialist to drive growth in Contact Centre, AI for CX and CCaaS across Asia Pacific. You will own strategic sales cycles end-to-end, engaging business decision-makers and senior executives to build trust and capture market share.

You will translate Cisco's product portfolio into business outcomes, align strategies to customer priorities, and report on pipeline and forecast to sharpen GTM in the region.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of technology sales experience, including CCaaS/ CX solutions to enterprises.
• 10+ years of revenue quota carrying experience for solution sales.
• 5+ years of channel-led go-to-market experience with partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic solution sales cycles from opportunity creation to close.
• Engage CX, customer service, digital and IT executives as a trusted advisor.
• Articulate Cisco's value proposition for streamlined customer journeys.
• Coach account managers and partners on positioning the Webex portfolio.
• Coordinate with solution architects and partners to deliver an integrated plan.
