NTT DATA in Singapore is seeking a Contact Center Sales Specialist to drive the pipeline and close qualified enterprise deals. You will articulate CCaaS, AI, CRM integration and CX transformation offerings to CIOs and Operations leaders, collaborating with client managers, presales and delivery teams.

This role emphasizes deep collaboration, strategic account planning, and building executive relationships to penetrate large enterprises and expand our partner ecosystem.

Qualificações

• 5–10+ years enterprise B2B technology sales experience.
• Experience selling contact center, CX, CRM, UC, cloud or telecom solutions.
• Strong consultative selling and C-level engagement.
• Experience with large enterprise deals.

Responsabilidades

• Own sales pipeline and revenue target.
• Sell CCaaS, AI, CRM integration and CX transformation solutions.
• Engage CIOs, Heads of Customer Experience, Contact Center Directors and Operations leaders.
• Work with presales and delivery teams to develop proposals.
• Manage enterprise sales cycles and RFPs.
• Build executive relationships and partner ecosystem.
