The role involves coordinating with Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance to manage stock, shipments, invoices, and price lists while upholding AS9120 AQMS and ISO 14001 standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma-level education or equivalent is required.
• Proficiency in SAP Business One (SAP B1) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, ensuring timely resolutions.
• Generate quotations, provide them to customers, and follow up on order receipt.
• Review and process customer orders and liaise with customers to clarify discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain for stock availability and delivery dates; issue Purchase Orders to suppliers.
• Monitor incoming shipments and communicate delivery dates to customers.
• Maintain inventory levels based on customer forecasts and feedback.
• Support Finance with invoice submissions and follow-ups on payments.
• Generate sales reports and ensure compliance with AQMS and EMS requirements.
• Build strong relationships with key customers and update price lists as needed.
