Job summary

NTS Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Executive to drive end-to-end order management and daily customer communications in a manufacturing/precision engineering setting.

You will be the primary link between customers and internal teams including Sales, Planning, Production, Logistics, Quality, and Engineering to secure on-time delivery and high customer satisfaction, while maintaining accurate data in ERP/CRM and reports for management.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in customer service/order management in manufacturing or precision engineering.
• Understanding of engineering drawings, tolerances, and ECR/ECO.
• Proficient with ERP/CRM and MS Office.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders including ERP entry and data maintenance.
• Monitor order fulfilment, shipments, and delivery commitments (RDD/PDD).
• Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries and documentation requests.
• Coordinate with Sales, Planning, Production, Logistics, Quality, and Engineering.
• Maintain records in ERP/CRM and generate reports on OTIF, backlog, and shipments.
• Ensure SOP compliance and support continuous improvement.
