in Singapore seeks a capable Customer Service / Sales Support professional to be the primary contact for inquiries, handle complaints, generate quotes, follow up on orders, and coordinate with Supply Chain and Logistics to manage delivery dates. The role requires a Diploma in Business or equivalent, at least 2 years in customer service, SAP B1 experience, and preferably exposure to polymer or chemical manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in customer service.
• Preferably with some background in polymer or chemical manufacturing.
• Proficiency in SAP Business One (SAP B1) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally.
• Generate and provide timely sales quotations.
• Follow up on customer orders regularly.
• Maintain and update product price lists.
• Generate ad-hoc sales and operations reports.
• Review and process all incoming customer orders.
• Clarify order discrepancies directly with clients.
• Coordinate stock availability with Supply Chain.
• Confirm delivery dates with the logistics team.
• Issue Purchase Orders (POs) to suppliers.
• Monitor incoming international and local shipments.
• Communicate estimated delivery dates to customers.
• Secure customer acceptance for delivery schedules.
• Manage customer forecasts to plan inventory levels.
• Maintain appropriate stock to prevent shortages.
• Comply with AS9120 Aerospace Quality standards.
• Adhere to ISO 14001 Environmental systems.
• Follow all documented corporate operating procedures.
• Assist Finance with customer invoice submissions.
• Follow up on outstanding customer payments.
