Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent professional experience required.
• At least 5 years related industry experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and CRM tools.
• Certifications/licenses – HI, M5 and M9, M9A, BCP, PGI, Com GI.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Customer-focused with decision making and problem-solving abilities.
• Project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth by supporting sales goals using company strategies and tools.
• Deliver trusted benefit advisory and hands-on account servicing.
• Extract and analyse data to support strategic decisions and reporting.
• Coordinate across internal teams and external partners for seamless execution.
• Contribute to strategic projects to improve processes and service quality.
• Assist with internal initiatives and team goals as needed.
