We value growth-minded professionals with a diploma or equivalent, 5+ years in the industry, strong Excel/PowerPoint and CRM toolkit skills, and proven communication and project management abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma holder or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• At least 5 years related Industry Experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and other digital collaboration or CRM tools.
• Certifications/licenses – HI, M5 and M9, M9A, BCP, PGI, Com GI
• Good Communication and negotiation skills
• Customer focused with proven Decision making and problem-solving skills
• Project management skill

Responsibilities

• Drive Growth: help achieve team sales goals and growth targets by leveraging organisational strategies, tools and services.
• Client Management: deliver trusted benefit advisory and hands-on account servicing including day-to-day operations, communication rollouts, issue resolution.
• Data & Insights: extract and analyse data to support strategic decisions and performance reporting for clients under management.
• Stakeholder Engagement: coordinate across internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution and exceptional client experience.
• Business Transformation: contribute to strategic projects that enhance processes, streamline workflows and elevate service quality.
• Team Support: assist with internal initiatives, events and broader team goals as needed.
