Job summary

AIA Corporate Solutions in Singapore is seeking a results-driven CRM professional to shape the future of employee benefits and workplace wellbeing for direct corporate clients. You will drive growth, manage client relationships, and deliver data-driven insights across stakeholder groups.

The role requires a minimum diploma or equivalent experience, at least 5 years in the industry, and proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.

What you’ll be doing

• Drive Growth: As a growth‑driven organisation, you will help achieve team sales goals and growth targets by leveraging on the organisational strategies, tools and services.
• Client Management: Deliver trusted benefit advisory, hands‑on account servicing including day‑to‑day operations, communication rollouts, issue resolution – to build long‑term client partnerships.
• Data & Insights: Extract and analyse data to support strategic decisions and performance reporting for clients under management.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate across internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution and exceptional client experience.
• Business Transformation: Contribute to strategic projects that enhance processes, streamline workflows and elevate service quality.
• Team Support: Assist with internal initiatives, events and broader team goals as needed.

What we are looking for

• Minimum Diploma holder or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• At least 5 years related Industry Experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and other digital collaboration or CRM tools.
• Certifications/licenses – HI, M5 and M9, M9A, BCP, PGI, Com GI
• Good Communication and negotiation skills
• Customer focused with proven Decision making and problem‑solving skills
• Project management skill
