Job summary

CIMB Singapore seeks an Operations professional to draft and vet facility and security documents, liaise with external solicitors, and ensure all conditions precede disbursement. You will review loan documents for credit term compliance and coordinate with risk, legal, and business units to deliver accurate credit workups.

This role requires 3+ years in banking operations, strong attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication to support cross-team delivery.

Qualifications

• Diploma and/or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• At least 3 years of banking operations experience with hands-on exposure to account servicing.
• Strong knowledge of Banking Operation, document workflows, and regulatory processing.
• High attention to details with a strong analytical skills; able to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy across routine and complex tasks.
• Effective verbal and written communication abilities, and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Draft, vet facility letters, agreements and security documents.
• Instruct and liaise with the Bank’s external solicitors on matters including non-standard forms and security documents.
• Review & check loan documentation to ensure credit terms comply with approvals and term sheets.
• Ensure all conditions precedent are met before disbursement.
• Incorporate agency roles into facility and security agreements when CIMB acts as Facility and/or Security Agent.
• Collaborate with risk, legal, and business units to address documentation issues and deliver loans promptly.
• Conduct periodic reviews to identify deficiencies and enhance processing.
• Assist cross-team delivery for Agency Desk & Complex Documentation Team.
• Follow up with relationship managers, legal counsels, and operations on outstanding documentation.
• Monitor insurance cover for collaterals and coordinate renewals with Support Team.
