Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a meticulous Loan Operations professional to review facility documentation, execute loan activities, and coordinate with stakeholders. The role covers disbursements, settlements, and compliance checks with a focus on accuracy.

In this capacity you will generate periodic reports, support system enhancements with tech teams, and contribute to process improvements. A relevant bachelor's degree and 3+ years of related experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in credit documentation and/or loan administration/loan operations.
• Strong attention to detail with a structured approach to documentation and controls.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a high-volume environment.
• Confident working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient with common productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, email/calendar).

Responsibilities

• Review facility documentation and internal approvals to validate whether requested transactions can be processed.
• Execute loan operations activities including drawdowns, rollovers, interest/principal processing, and fee handling.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve missing documents, open items, and transaction discrepancies.
• Complete required customer and transaction checks in line with internal policies and procedures.
• Prepare and release payment instructions for disbursements and related settlements.
• Maintain proper filing and secure retention of loan and transaction records.
• Process trade-related instruments such as guarantees and letters of credit.
• Compile periodic reports for internal stakeholders and required submissions.
• Partner with technology teams to support system enhancements, testing activities, and rollout readiness.
• Participate in operational initiatives, process improvements, and ad-hoc tasks assigned by the team lead/management.
