Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced loan operations professional to interpret Facility Agreements and offer letters, and manage loan drawdowns, rollovers, repayments and interest collections for bilateral and syndicated facilities.

You will perform AML/KYC checks, prepare SWIFT disbursements, maintain loan documentation, process guarantees/letters of credit, and compile local and regulatory reports while collaborating with IT teams on system upgrades and UAT roll-outs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in credit documentation and loan administration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented.
• Strong organisational and time management skills and ability to multitask.
• Pleasant personality, good working attitude and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Accurately interpret the Facility Agreement / Letter of Offer in determining the allowance of requested transactions.
• Perform all aspects of loan drawdowns, rollovers, and collection of principal repayments and interest payments, as well as fees for both bilateral and syndicated loans.
• Interact with Relationship Managers when required in following up on outstanding matters and/or documentation from them.
• Perform AML / KYC checks.
• Prepare SWIFT payments for loan disbursements.
• Ensure proper record and safe keeping of loan-related documents.
• Process Bank Guarantees / Letters of Credit.
• Prepare local, regulatory and Head Office reports.
• Work with IT Teams on system upgrades and UAT roll-outs.
• Take on work-related projects and other duties as assigned by HOD / Management.
