Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance or related discipline, with at least 3 years of relevant experience in credit documentation, including real estate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance, Business or related discipline preferred
• Minimum 3 years of relevant credit documentation experience
• Experience with real estate financing, securities-backed lending and collateral documentation
• Strong knowledge of credit and security documentation within banking
• Ability to manage documentation processes with minimal supervision
• Strong analytical skills and risk assessment abilities
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong control mindset

Responsibilities

• Prepare standard and bespoke facility, security and ancillary documentation per approved credit terms
• Ensure conditions precedent, covenants, security provisions and jurisdictional requirements are incorporated
• Conduct necessary due diligence and support ad hoc amendments or waivers
• Review documentation for completeness and compliance with internal requirements
• Coordinate with legal counsels, valuers and custodians to facilitate execution
• Track end-to-end documentation issuance, execution and custodial records
• Support audit, compliance and regulatory review activities
