Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled Credit Documentation and Loan Administration professional in Singapore. The role focuses on reviewing legal documents, interpreting facility agreements, and ensuring compliance before loan disbursements.

Responsibilities include managing drawdowns, rollovers, and repayments for bilateral and syndicated loans, coordinating with Relationship Managers, and conducting AML/KYC checks. Proficiency in MS Office is required.

Qualifications

• Degree holder.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in credit documentation and loan administration.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented.
• Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Review legal documentation related to credit facilities to ensure compliance with credit approvals.
• Accurately interpret Facility Agreements to assess requested transactions.
• Examine customer utilization requests for bilateral and syndicated loan facilities, ensuring compliance with facility limits and conditions precedent before disbursements.
• Manage all aspects of loan drawdowns, rollovers, and principal repayment collections for both bilateral and syndicated loans.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers to address outstanding matters and documentation.
• Conduct AML and KYC checks.
• Prepare swift payments for loan disbursements.
• Maintain proper records and safekeeping of loan-related documents.
• Process Bank Guarantees and Standby Letters of Credit.
• Compile local, regulatory, and Head Office reports.
• Collaborate with IT Teams on system upgrades and UAT rollouts.
• Participate in work-related projects and perform other duties as assigned by Management.
