Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of credit documentation experience in a banking environment.
• Experience with real estate financing and collateral documentation is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and risk awareness.

Responsibilities

• Prepare standard and bespoke facility, security and ancillary documentation.
• Review documents for conditions precedents, covenants, and security provisions.
• Track document issuance, execution, return and outstanding items end-to-end.
• Liaise with legal counsels, valuers and custodians to facilitate execution.
• Support audit, controls and regulatory reviews and process improvements.
