Job summary

Shopee is seeking a Compensation and Benefits professional to design and roll out regional rewards programmes across Singapore and beyond. You will partner with business leaders, HRBPs and senior management to ensure competitive, equitable and compliant compensation policies.

You will develop strategies, prepare communications and monitor outcomes, using data and feedback to drive continuous improvement. A Bachelor’s degree and 1 year in HR are expected; experience in C&B is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field; master’s degree is advantageous.
At least 1 year of full-time HR experience.
Experience in compensation benchmarking, salary review, or policy design.
In-house C&B or HR consulting experience is a plus.
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
Ability to manage multiple complex projects in a dynamic environment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management, including senior leaders.

Responsibilities

Develop strategies, policies and guidelines for compensation and benefits rollout across the region.
Prepare communications toolkit and communicate policies effectively.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives and its communications by analyzing data and feedback.
Review policies to ensure competitiveness, internal equity and compliance.
Manage salary benchmarking and proposals, compensation analysis, annual increments and incentives.
Collaborate with business leaders, HRBPs and senior stakeholders to manage projects end-to-end.
Research industry best practices and assess feasibility of proposed compensation and benefits projects.
