Job summary

Samsung is seeking a Total Rewards Specialist to support the design, communication, implementation and administration of C&B programs across Singapore and SEAO. You will analyze compensation and benefits, ensure equity, and optimize programs to attract and retain talent.

In this role you will administer annual rewards cycles, prepare salary packages for Singapore, review SEAO packages, and collaborate with the regional HR teams. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in any related discipline with 5+ years in compensation and benefits.
• Knowledge of rewards practice, regulations and market trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey compensation information to HR, mgmt, and employees.
• High integrity and ability to handle sensitive information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft products and working knowledge of Workday and Mercer data.

Responsibilities

• Conduct compensation and benefits analysis, interpret data and assess internal and external equity for Singapore and SEAO.
• Evaluate current C&B programs and processes and recommend optimization.
• Administer compensation programs and initiatives, including annual rewards cycle and all C&B related programs.
• Prepare salary package proposals for employees in Singapore and review packages for SEAO as needed.
• Support the design and delivery of compensation and benefits programs.
• Participate in surveys and support pay band development.
• Perform other duties and contribute to rewards projects as needed.
• Manage C&B related HRIS (Workday) modules.
• Communicate with third-party services to negotiate benefit plans and resolve benefit-related issues.
• Collaborate closely with HR team in SEAO on all rewards matters.
