Shopee Singapore Private Limited is seeking a Compensation and Benefits Manager to lead regional C&B initiatives and partner with senior leadership to align rewards with business goals.

You will develop policies, oversee benchmarking, communication tools, and ensure competitiveness and equity while driving data-driven improvements across the region.

Join the People team to shape rewards strategy, collaborate with business leaders, and drive implementation across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field; master's advantageous but not required.
• Minimum 3 years full-time HR experience.
• Experience in compensation benchmarking, salary review, or incentives.
• In-house C&B role or C&B consultancy experience is a plus.
• Strong business acumen and ability to align with strategy.
• Strategic thinking and ability to handle complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies, policies and guidelines for regional C&B roll-out.
• Prepare communications toolkit for compensation and benefits programs.
• Monitor effectiveness using data and feedback; drive improvements.
• Review policies to stay competitive, equitable and compliant.
• Manage salary benchmarking, annual increments and bonuses; incentives.
• Collaborate with leaders and stakeholders to run projects end-to-end.
• Research industry best practices and assess feasibility of proposed projects.
