Job summary

Shopee is seeking an experienced HR professional to develop and implement talent strategies, frameworks and solutions that support business needs and drive outcomes across the region.

You will work closely with regional business leaders and stakeholders to drive workforce planning, organisational development, performance management, compensation and benefits, and coordinate best practices across multiple countries with autonomy and integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in any discipline.
• At least 4 years of HR or management consulting experience across multiple domains.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work with ambiguity and autonomously.
• Detail-oriented, well-organised, able to manage multiple tasks.
• Analytical mindset with solid project management and execution skills.
