Job summary

Private Advertiser in Singapore seeks an experienced Compensation & Benefits leader to partner with business leaders on design, governance, and execution of total rewards. The role includes market benchmarking, pay structures, and incentive programs, with strong emphasis on governance, analytics, and cost management.

Ideal candidate has 8+ years in HR, CCP/CEBS preferred, and a track record of managing large, complex compensation and benefits programs within dynamic organisations.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of progressive HR experience.
• Minimum 5 years specializing in Compensation & Benefits.
• Experience designing compensation frameworks and managing benefits programs.
• Experience with salary surveys, job evaluation, and reward programs.
• Experience supporting large employee populations (>1000 employees).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement compensation strategies aligned with organizational goals and talent management objectives.
• Design and manage salary structures, grading systems, job evaluation methodologies, and pay frameworks.
• Conduct market benchmarking and salary surveys to ensure external competitiveness and internal equity.
• Lead annual compensation review processes, including merit increases, salary adjustments, and budget planning.
• Manage short-term and long-term incentive programs, including bonus schemes, sales incentives, commissions, and retention programs.
• Conduct compensation analysis to identify pay gaps and recommend corrective actions.
• Partner with business leaders on compensation decisions for key hires and critical talent.
• Maintain compensation governance and approval processes.
• Develop and manage employee benefits programs and related communications.
• Lead annual benefits renewal and negotiation processes.
• Monitor benefits utilization and ensure cost-effectiveness.
