Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• Minimum 8 years HR experience with 2–3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of local employment laws and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with local employment legislation and governance standards across all C&B activities.
• Conduct market benchmarking to maintain competitive compensation structures.
• Lead end-to-end annual compensation cycle, merit reviews, promotions, and salary adjustments.
