Job summary

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of client relationships and communication.
• Serve as first point of contact for internal queries and client inquiries.
• Collaborate with sales network to produce, update and maintain sales collateral and training materials.
• Attend and conduct external client meetings.
• Reconcile invoices and credits with finance.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.
