Job summary

You will act as a key point of contact, resolve issues promptly, and maintain accurate records in MS Office. The role requires 2–3 years in account servicing or sales support, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with peers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in account servicing, customer support, or sales administration.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing effectively as a team player.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Possess a positive attitude, strong initiative, and excellent time management skills.
• Able to communicate and interact professionally with both internal stakeholders and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, ensuring prompt and professional support.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective customer engagement.
• Deliver excellent customer service to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints by providing timely and effective solutions, while following up to ensure satisfactory resolution.
• Manage and follow up on new sales enquiries and leads generated by the Sales Development team.
• Prepare and submit monthly sales forecasts, while monitoring and reporting sales performance.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities assigned by the Sales Division.
