Job summary

SALESWORKS PTE LTD is seeking a client services professional to manage day-to-day client relationships, support account management, and coordinate with the sales network on campaigns. The role emphasizes strong communication, problem solving, and the delivery of training materials, reports, and invoicing reconciliation with finance.

Qualifications

Minimum three years of experience in Account Management, Project Management, Client Account Management, Channel Management or Sales Management.
Excellent communication skills and English proficiency (verbal and written).
Can-do attitude with a dynamic, engaging leadership style.
Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

Day to day management of the client relationship and communication.
Ensure all client enquiries and emails are answered daily with responses from internal teams and sales network.
Collaborate with sales network to produce, update and maintain current sales collateral and training materials.
Facilitate and support training to the sales network.
Work with client and internal support teams to ensure activities and processes are well communicated.
Develop and build strong relationships with all stakeholders.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports.
Reconcile invoices and credits with finance.
