ARGYLL SCOTT CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is hiring a Change Management Lead for a leading insurer undergoing a major organisational transformation.

This high-visibility role sits in the CEO Office and reports to the Head of Strategic Initiatives in Singapore. You will build and run the change management plan, assess impacts on people and processes, and lead communications, training, and engagement to ensure readiness across HR, Communications and business teams.

Qualifications

8–12 years in change management, business transformation or project management.
A track record on organisational change or transformation programmes.
Strong stakeholder management, and comfort working with senior leaders.
Ability to work independently.
Change certification (Prosci, APMG or similar) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Build and run the change management plan: activities, timelines and deliverables.
Assess how the changes affect people, processes and ways of working.
Lead employee communications, including FAQs, townhalls and engagement activities.
Work with HR, Communications and the business teams so everyone is ready.
Find training and awareness needs and coordinate them.
Track progress and risks, and report to senior management.
Help employees adopt the changes and deal with their concerns along the way.
