Job summary

Argyll Scott Asia is seeking an experienced Change Management Lead to drive change initiatives within a major transformation program in Singapore. The role centers on employee engagement, communications, and business readiness to ensure a smooth transition.

The ideal candidate will bring 8–12 years in change management or related fields, strong stakeholder and senior-management engagement skills, and proficient PowerPoint/Excel abilities.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of relevant experience in change management, business transformation or project management.
• Proven experience supporting organisational change or transformation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and engage effectively with senior management.
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.
• Experience in financial services or insurance is preferred.
• Change management certification is an advantage.
