MICHAEL PAGE (PERSONNEL) PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior Change Management professional to lead enterprise-wide change initiatives for a major transformation programme in Singapore.

The successful candidate will develop and execute change management strategies, assess impacts and risks, and partner with business leaders to ensure alignment and readiness throughout the

• Bachelor degree in relevant field.
• At least 8 years of experience in change management, business transformation or project management.
• Prior experience within insurance, financial services or regulated industries would be beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive change management strategies for business transformation initiatives
• Assess organisational impacts and identify risks associated with changes to people, processes and operating models
• Develop and deliver communication plans, employee engagement programmes and change-related content
• Partner closely with business leaders and key stakeholders to drive alignment and readiness
• Design and coordinate training, awareness and adoption activities across impacted teams
• Monitor implementation progress, track key change metrics and provide updates to leadership teams
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and support employees throughout the transformation lifecycle
