Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a senior Change Management professional to lead enterprise-wide change initiatives for a major transformation programme in Singapore. You will develop and execute change strategies, assess impacts, and drive engagement, comms and readiness across the organisation.

The role requires overseeing communication plans, training and adoption activities, aligning with business leaders and stakeholders, and tracking progress through key metrics to ensure successful transformation

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in change management, business transformation or project management is required.
• Experience in insurance, financial services or regulated industries is advantageous.

• Assess organisational impacts and identify risks associated with changes to people, processes and operating models
• Develop and deliver communication plans, employee engagement programmes and change-related content

• Monitor implementation progress, track key change metrics and provide updates to leadership teams

The Successful Applicant
