Job summary

Argyll Scott is partnering with a leading financial services client in Singapore to hire a Change Management Lead for a major organisational transformation. This high-visibility role sits in the CEO Office, reporting to the Head of Strategic Initiatives.

You will build and run the change plan, assess impacts, lead communications, coordinate training, and track progress with senior management. Ideal candidates have 8–12 years in change management or transformation and strong stakeholder

Qualifications

8–12 years in change management, business transformation or project management.
A track record on organisational change or transformation programmes.
Strong stakeholder management, and comfort working with senior leaders.
Ability to work independently.
Strong PowerPoint and Excel.
Financial services or insurance experience preferred.
Change certification (Prosci, APMG or similar) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Build and run the change management plan: activities, timelines and deliverables
Assess how the changes affect people, processes and ways of working
Lead employee communications, including FAQs, townhalls and engagement activities
Work with HR, Communications and the business teams so everyone is ready
Find training and awareness needs and coordinate them
Track progress and risks, and report to senior management
Help employees adopt the changes and deal with their concerns along the way
