Job summary

Avensys Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking a Consultant, Change Management to lead client change initiatives. The role focuses on adoption advisory, workforce capability alignment, and enabling technologies to drive people-centric transformation across industries.

You will analyze stakeholders, execute CM activities, and support presales while continually improving processes and knowledge sharing within a dynamic, inclusive team.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a bachelors degree and 2 years of working experience/ diploma holder with 5 years of working experience.
• Excellent command of the English language and ability to write coherently and concisely without spelling/ grammar errors.
• Fluent communication, facilitation and solid presentation skills.
• Fluency in using generative AI tools for a wide range of scenarios.
• Create professional and visually attractive presentation decks/ collaterals for interview portfolio.
• Produce and edit videos (manually or with AI tools).

Responsibilities

• Develop change management and adoption approach by analyzing impacted stakeholders.
• Execute and monitor change related activities including communications, engagement, enablement and reinforcement.
• Manage stakeholder buy-in and expectations impacted by the change initiative.
• Support building new/enhance capabilities including digital adoption platforms and people analytics.
• Support pre-sales activities to shape change strategy, scope, costing and proposals.
• Streamline current processes and propose improvements to achieve objectives.
• Share CM best practices to expand team capabilities.
