Avanade is seeking a Digital Advisory Consultant in Singapore to lead engagements, shape thinking, and run workshops. You will guide C-suite discussions and co-create strategies across CRM, AI, data, and cloud platforms, with hands-on design thinking and change-management focus.

The role blends business, experience, and technology, requiring storytelling, workshop leadership, and the ability to turn ambiguity into momentum for clients across Southeast Asia.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in consulting, digital strategy, design thinking/experience design, or digital transformation.
• Experience in a Management Consulting firm.
• Experience in managing client change management; AI/Gen AI/Co-Pilot project experience is a plus.
• Experience engaging senior client stakeholders across industries.
• Proven ability to lead workshops, client conversations, and small teams.
• Strong design thinking and facilitation capability.
• Excellent storytelling and presentation skills, structured problem solving with a human lens.

Responsabilités

• Lead client engagements as day-to-day trusted advisor.
• Engage senior stakeholders including C-suite and agency leadership.
• Frame complex problems, guide decisions, and build client confidence.
• Design and facilitate high-impact workshops (discovery, visioning, prioritisation, co-creation).
• Apply design thinking to reimagine digital products, services, and operating models.
• Translate ambiguous challenges into clear strategies, roadmaps, and actions.
• Develop executive-ready presentations that tell a strong story.
• Balance strategic thinking with practical, buildable solutions.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers across CRM, AI, data, and cloud (Microsoft ecosystem).
• Shape change strategies including stakeholder mapping and enablement.
• Design adoption approaches that shift behaviour, not just training.
• Partner with delivery teams to ensure solutions land smoothly and stick.
• Measure adoption, usage, and business outcomes.
• Lead and mentor consultants, analysts, and designers.
• Set quality standards for storytelling, workshop design, and client outputs.
• Support sales activities including discovery workshops and proposal shaping.
